Timber & Climate

Timber & Climate. House District 17 depends on the economic health and success of its many farms and small businesses. Paige understands that agriculture, small businesses, and natural resources are the backbone of her district and community. While she supports climate action, she understands that legislation must be created with sustainability in mind. Paige does not believe climate legislation that threatens the livelihoods of those in her community or sacrifices the economic wellbeing of her district is a sustainable policy. Paige’s priority as a State Representative is to balance the urgent need for climate action with the need to protect the hardest working people and businesses in her district.
